If you can make it into our clinic, we always recommend this as the best option. Medicare rebates do not apply to telehealth consults.
Medicare rebates are available for face to face appointments after your consult. Rebates are automatically paid into the account you have on file with Medicare.
cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations under 24 hours are only 50% refundable. No shows are not refundable.
